At My Divan Bed, we want you to sleep soundly on your new purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your bed within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the divan base, headboard, or mattress is disassembled and securely placed back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient collection date from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
